After graduating from the Strasbourg and Montpellier law schools, I worked for fifteen years in European public affairs for the retail, agri-food and pharmaceutical industries.<\/p>\n

Fully committed to my career as a lobbyist, there came a time when I lacked the space to reflect on myself: what kind of leader did I want to be? How could I position myself and make myself more visible within my company? How could I reconcile a rich and fulfilling career with a balanced life?<\/p>\n

When coaching crossed my path, I not only found the answers, it was a revelation. I founded Novo Coaching in 2015 to offer coaching and training services to help organisations and individuals unfold their full potential. \u201cNovo\u201d refers to my initials and to renewal.<\/p>\n

Passionate about understanding human relationships, I use different approaches to accompany executives, managers and teams towards affirming their own leadership: transactional analysis, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), systemic and neuroscience…<\/p>\n
